Job summary

YMCA St Paul’s Group is seeking a proactive Youth Work Development Manager to lead its Youth Project across multiple sites in London. You will grow services for 11–25 year olds, turning ideas into funded programmes while ensuring safeguarding and high impact outcomes.

You will support staff and volunteers, manage budgets and drive quality reporting, building strong partnerships with funders and the community to deliver inclusive, meaningful youth work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience managing youth services across multiple sites.
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in youth-related studies.
• Proven track record of delivering funded projects from idea to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead YMCA St Paul’s Youth Project services across multiple sites.
• Develop new youth services and funded projects from idea to delivery.
• Coach and motivate staff and volunteers.
• Manage budgets, performance, quality and impact reporting.
• Build strong partnerships with funders, local agencies and communities.
• Ensure quality and impact within budgetary constraints and business processes.
• Keep safeguarding and young people's wellbeing at the centre of all activities.
