About Us:
Role Overview:
The DePaul Islington (HASS) service consists of 17 bed spaces spread over three, closely located, schemes. The service is funded via Islington commissioning services and social services. Our client group is ‘low to medium support with potential emerging needs and risk.
When fully staffed we have four full-time daytime progression coaches, a visiting (weekly) ETE worker and four night concierges, keeping the schemes staffed 24-7. Shift patterns include 8am to 4pm and 12 to 8pm.
Joining the team as Senior Young People Support Worker , you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and safe management of the service on a day to day basis; including the safety and wellbeing of all clients, volunteers, visitors and staff in the service.
You will also provide leadership to the team and ensure that the service supports clients to sustain their licensing agreement, develop skills and resilience, and participate in positive and successful move on.
