We are seeking passionate Senior Support Workers to join our residential service in Isleworth, where you'll help improve the quality of life for the people we support. This role involves assisting with daily independence, supervising and managing staff, allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting supervision, ordering medication, and helping individuals manage their finances. Our Seniors are central to providing daily support and making a real difference.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, and experience supporting individuals with behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories, or trauma.
