Job summary

TP Bennett in London is seeking an experienced Senior Workplace Strategist to lead multiple projects, mentor junior team members, and craft engaging presentations and workshops to illuminate findings. You will build strong stakeholder relationships, analyse data for trends and insights, identify problems, and develop strategic, innovative solutions that align with organisational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in crafting clear and concise reports, proposals, and emails.
• Skill in negotiating terms and conditions with vendors and stakeholders.
• Skill in assessing the needs of the organization and its employees.
• Strong previous experience as a Workplace Strategist in an Interior Design company.
• Familiarity with workplace technologies and tools. Development of new tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with technical design software (Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign).
• Strong previous experience as a Workplace Strategist in an Interior Design or Architecture firm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects with cohesive teamwork and high performance.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Create and deliver presentations and engagement content; conduct interviews and run workshops to gather and interpret results.
• Build relationships with stakeholders; collaborate across teams.
• Interpret data to identify trends and insights; develop strategies.
• Identify problems and develop effective solutions; align with organisational goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and produce written research for projects and publication.
• Develop experience creating RFP responses, liaising with the TP Bennett commercial team, and working with designers across practices.
• Manage project planning, execution, and monitoring; develop experience in resourcing and fees.
• Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service.
