Job summary

TP Bennett in London is seeking an experienced Senior Workplace Strategist to lead multiple projects, mentor junior team members, and craft engaging presentations and workshops to illuminate findings. You will build strong stakeholder relationships, analyse data for trends and insights, identify problems, and develop strategic, innovative solutions that align with organisational goals.

Experience in interior design or architecture firms, and familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD and InDesign are

• Proficiency in crafting clear and concise reports, proposals, and emails.
• Skill in negotiating terms and conditions with vendors and stakeholders.
• Skill in assessing the needs of the organization and its employees.
• Strong previous experience as a Workplace Strategist in an Interior Design company.
• Familiarity with workplace technologies and tools. Development of new tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with technical design software (Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign).
• Strong previous experience as a Workplace Strategist in an Interior Design or Architecture firm.

Key responsibilities

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring cohesive teamwork and high performance
• Providing mentorship and guidance to more junior team members
• Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations & engagement content. Effectively conduct interviews and run workshops to gather, compile and interpret results
• Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders
