Job summary

CMD Recruitment is assisting a growing UK company in Bristol to appoint a Senior Projects Manager responsible for CAT A/B fit-out and design-and-build projects typically worth £1m–£10m. You will lead client, design team, site team and supply chain, own the programme, coordinate design information and ensure safe, high-quality delivery with no surprises.

The role suits someone who thrives on turning ambitious workplace designs into coordinated, beautifully finished spaces while mentoring juniors

Qualifications

• Strong PM experience in UK CAT A/B commercial fit-out or design-and-build.
• Experience in programme management, mobilisation, logistics and handover.
• Familiar with JCT 2024 Design and Build Contract obligations.
• Health and safety qualifications and site experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project delivery coordinating client, design team, site team and supply chain.
• Own the programme, manage design information and coordinate stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, with quality and no surprises.
