Job summary

You will partner with leaders and Corporate Development to understand workforce requirements and help design future structures and operating models.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Workforce Analyst, Organisation Design Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret workforce data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience gathering, documenting and validating business/workforce requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and Corporate Development to understand workforce requirements.
• Support design/implementation of organisational structures and Target Operating Models.
• Gather, analyse and document workforce-related business requirements.
• Assess people impacts of organisational change initiatives and transformation programmes.
• Use workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for decision-making.
• Map current and future workforce processes, roles and capabilities.
• Support workforce planning activities including resource modelling and capability assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure workforce solutions align with business objectives.
• Contribute to successful delivery of organisational change initiatives.
