Fletchers Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge strategy, data and delivery. You will work with senior stakeholders, lead analysis across transformation initiatives and help build a best-in-class Business Analysis function.

You will turn complex business challenges into evidence-based solutions, shape change ideas, and ensure data-informed decision making across the organisation. This role is hybrid with offices in Manchester, Liverpool or Southport.

Qualifications

• BCS Business Analysis Diploma or CBAP or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience delivering analysis on large or complex projects.
• Strong data analysis and modelling skills.
• Ability to write clear business requirements and data insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases using fit-gap, cost-benefit analysis and data modelling.
• Own analysis for transformation projects ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Define business needs, priorities and test acceptance criteria.
• Lead data analysis, build dashboards and explain findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Coach other analysts and promote best practices across the team.
