Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategic workforce planning within a complex organisation.
• Strong people analytics and workforce modelling capability.
• Proven forecasting, governance and executive stakeholder engagement experience.
• Degree or equivalent in a quantitative or business discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and annual delivery of the organisation's strategic workforce plan.
• Create workforce supply and demand forecasts to support long-term planning.
• Carry out workforce capability reviews and identify strategic people risks.
• Develop scenario models to support future workforce requirements.
• Present workforce recommendations and insights to senior and executive stakeholders.
• Support workforce prioritisation and investment decisions using robust evidence and analysis.
• Lead the development of workforce dashboards, reporting and people analytics.
• Produce trend analysis, forecasts and research to support organisational decision-making.
• Improve workforce data quality, reporting standards and analytical processes.
• Coordinate the implementation and embedding of workforce operating models.
• Develop governance processes, procedures and supporting documentation.
• Manage implementation risks, actions and interdependencies across workforce initiatives.
• Coordinate workforce planning governance forums and steering groups.
• Support workforce capability development and interventions arising from workforce planning.
• Analyse complex data sets using a range of quantitative and qualitative techniques.
• Use Excel to manipulate, interrogate and present workforce information.
• Translate workforce data into clear, practical recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities across a broad stakeholder group.
• Provide specialist workforce planning and people analytics advice across the organisation.
