Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in Edinburgh is seeking a Senior Analyst in Workforce Planning to support forecasting and capacity planning for our Wealth & Investments teams. You will translate complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders and drive end-to-end analyses with cross-functional partners.

Requirements include 3+ years in forecasting, strong numeracy, advanced Excel, and experience with Power BI/Power Query.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in forecasting and capacity planning within a large organisation.
• Ability to simplify and translate complex stories for senior audiences, through written and verbal presentation.
• Advanced Excel skills for report production, model building and data analysis.
• Experience engaging with partner teams to understand change and business ambition.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings with colleagues up to Head of Function level.
• Identify trends in data and provide recommendations across commercial and operational data.
• Engage with partner teams to understand change and customer/economic landscape.
• Conduct 'what if' assessments on staffing impact and cost.
• Monitor movements in FTE, joiners, movers and leavers and their budget impact.
• Support recruitment decisions and multiskilling initiatives.
• Identify process improvements within the team and department.
