Lloyds Banking Group in Edinburgh is seeking a Senior Analyst in Workforce Planning to support forecasting and capacity planning for our Wealth & Investments teams. You will translate complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders and drive end-to-end analyses with cross-functional partners.

We're looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Workforce Planning team in Wealth & Investments (W&I) to support planning our operational, customer facing teams. You should be numerate, possess excellent accuracy and decision-making skills with a curiosity that drives the ability to think holistically and 'join the dots' across multiple channels and business areas.
