Responsibilities

• The post holder will work with stakeholders across the business to ensure the data integrity of ESR, support with annual and strategic Workforce Planning, become an SME on interfaces between Workforce Systems and reporting within SCAS.
• The post holder will work as part of the Workforce Planning, Insights and Systems team, producing analysis and reporting of complex information relating to staff to support the management and planning of the workforce within South Central Ambulance NHS Trust in an accurate and timely manner.
