Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer is a world-leading law firm with a strong global footprint. We are seeking a senior Workday specialist to serve as the technical lead within the People Technology team in Belfast, driving design, configuration, testing and delivery of complex Workday projects.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable, automated Workday solutions, while mentoring team members and contributing to the Workday roadmap.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting, configuring and optimising Workday.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior Workday subject matter expert within the global People Technology team.
• Lead the design, configuration and delivery of complex system enhancements and large-scale projects.
• Serve as the technical lead for Workday projects and enhancements, owning solution design and delivery outcomes.
• Lead testing activities for projects and system changes with test strategies and scripts.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain training materials and user guidance for Workday capabilities.
