You will lead design, configuration and delivery of complex Workday enhancements, ensuring alignment with governance and business objectives.

The role requires 3+ years of Workday experience across HCM and Recruitment, plus strong reporting, stakeholder management and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years configuring andoptimising Workday.
• Strong expertise in Workday Core HCM and Recruitment; other modules include Compensation/Time Tracking.
• Led large-scale Workday optimisation projects from requirements to deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Workday reporting, calculated fields and dashboards.
• Translates business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Understands HR processes and data governance.
• Experience with Workday security concepts and RBAC.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Mentors teammates and promotes best practices.
• Proficient with Excel and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior Workday SME within global People Technology team.
• Lead design, configuration and delivery of complex Workday enhancements.
• Serve as technical lead for Workday projects and assessments.
• Lead testing activities, test strategies and scripts.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable solutions.
• Build trusted relationships across People, Technology and business.
• Contribute to roadmap and prioritisation of People Technology.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues across the Workday estate.
• Coordinate with internal Tech teams on changes and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, calculated fields and dashboards.
• Oversee Workday security, governance and data integrity controls.
• Develop training materials and user guidance for Workday.
• Mentor and develop team members in Workday capability.
• Leverage new Workday functionality and best practices.
• Lead bi-annual Workday release evaluations and testing.
