Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced Workday PECI Integration Consultant to design, develop, enhance, and support Workday Payroll Integrations with a focus on PECI, PICOF, EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Payroll Interfaces. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT to ensure accurate data transmission from Workday to third-party payroll systems.

The role requires 7+ years of overall experience and deep Hands-on expertise with PECI, PICOF, Studio, and related Workday tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday integration experience.
• Hands-on experience with PECI, PICOF, EIB, Core Connectors, Studio and Web Services.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and employee lifecycle transactions.
• Experience troubleshooting payroll integration issues.
• Workday Integration Certification is preferred.
• Experience with Global Payroll or third-party payroll vendors.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits and Time Tracking.
• AMS/Production Support experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance and support Workday PECI and PICOF integrations.
• Develop payroll-related inbound and outbound integrations using EIB, Studio and Web Services.
• Configure payroll mappings, rules and transformation logic.
• Ensure accurate transfer of payroll data and lifecycle events.
• Provide L2/L3 support and monitor integration runs.
• Prepare test scenarios and support SIT/UAT and parallel testing.
• Maintain integration documentation and runbooks.
