Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Workday Data Integrations Consultant to join our established Workday Consulting Team. You will lead integration projects, including complex Workday Studio work, and work on global rollouts across end-to-end design.

You will solicit client requirements, run workshops, and configure solutions within Workday. You will collaborate across HR and Financials transformation teams, leveraging digital and data skills to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Background in Finance Transformation Consulting or Technology with significant experience leading integration projects in Workday implementations.
• Current Workday Certifications are beneficial.
• Client-facing Workday experience is required.
• Strong digital and data skills are essential.
• Ability to listen to requirements and provide imaginative solutions.
• Proven track record of managing people (onshore and offshore).
• Ability to build relationships across a networked organisation and adapt style to audience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of Workday integration and data projects, including complex Workday Studio integrations.
• Lead global Workday integration rollouts and guide the team through Go-Live.
• Solicit requirements, present workshops, analyse data, and configure Workday solutions.
• Collaborate with HR and Financials transformation teams and PwC network to deliver client value.
• Support and inspire the team; contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
• Contribute to PwC proposition and business development activities.
• Engage with stakeholders from C-suite to back-office teams.
