We are seeking a senior Workday expert to lead design, configuration and delivery of large-scale People Technology projects.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting, configuring and optimising Workday.
Strong expertise in Workday Core HCM and Recruitment with additional modules.
Experience leading large-scale Workday optimisation projects from requirements to deployment.
Strong reporting, calculated fields and dashboard development in Workday.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership engagement.
Mentoring and coaching junior team members.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Act as a senior Workday SME within the global People Technology team.
Lead design, configuration and delivery of complex Workday projects.
Serve as technical lead for Workday projects; oversee solution design and testing.
Lead testing activities, create test strategies and scripts.
Partner with stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable Workday solutions.
Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
Lead bi-annual Workday release evaluations and communicate impacts.
Mentor and develop team members.
Ensure governance, security and data integrity in Workday.
