Job summary

Invisors UK is seeking an HCM Senior Consultant to work closely with clients delivering projects and creatively solving complex problems. You will manage client requirements, mentor new consultants, and contribute to improving internal processes.

With 2+ years of Workday HCM experience, you'll direct payroll project activities and assist leadership while enhancing the HCM team's objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Workday HCM and/or 2.5–5 years of consulting industry experience.
• Experience implementing or working with Workday or other HRIS systems.
• Prior consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Workday configuration skills and manage client requirement meetings.
• Direct activities of consultants on payroll projects.
• Act as a mentor for lower-level employees.
