Job summary

Invisors UK is seeking a Data Conversion Consultant to lead the DC workstream, coach junior consultants, and manage Workday projects across multiple domains. You will collaborate with functional architects and domain leads to design effective solutions and ensure client success.

You will also contribute to internal business development, help shape client offerings, and participate in project delivery and knowledge transfer within the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday data conversion experience and/or 4-6 of industry experience using data transformation tools
• Prior consulting experience required
• Advanced Excel skills
• SQL skills preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Data analysis or conversion experience in multiple industries
• Experience with Workday Data Conversion and Workday tenant migration tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Guide project scope and design commitments with clients
• Partner with Project Manager and Engagement Executive for project planning
• Develop solutions with other project areas to address requirements
• Contribute to internal business development and client offerings
• Assist in budgetary accountability for projects
• Adapt approach based on room dynamics and communicate difficult messages as needed
• Manage mapping conversations and transformation work across a project
