Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday FSI Financials Solution Architect to own the overall finance solution design for financial services and insurance clients. You will translate finance outcomes into decisions about processes, data and systems, guiding delivery and shaping opportunities through reference designs.

The role requires substantial Workday Financials experience, deep knowledge of FDM and accounting, and a track record of leading senior workshops and delivering go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Substantial Workday Financials experience across deployments.
• Deep practical knowledge of FDM, financial accounting and reporting.
• Experience through go-live or major post-deployment change.
• Strong accounting fundamentals across GL, subledgers, reconciliations and multi-currency reporting.
• Ability to explain design choices to business and specialists.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and Phase 0 engagements and define target architecture.
• Own end-to-end Financials design including COA, multi-entity accounting, intercompany.
• Define integration with Workday Financials, Prism Analytics and Accounting Center.
