Kainos is seeking a Workday FSI Financials Solution Architect to own the finance solution design for financial services and insurance clients. You will translate finance outcomes into decisions about processes, data, and systems and guide delivery teams through design to stabilization.

Qualifications

• Substantial Workday Financials experience across deployments and go-live support.
• Deep knowledge of FDM, chart of accounts, intercompany and multi-currency reporting.
• Experience translating sector requirements into practical design choices for FSI.
• Evidence of leading senior customer workshops and documenting decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery and Phase 0 engagements with target architecture and roadmaps.
• Own end-to-end Financials design including multi-entity and multi-currency accounting.
• Define integration with operational platforms and data enrichment responsibilities.
• Translate insurance requirements into design choices with business and accounting specialists.
• Establish design governance across functional, data, and security teams.
• Guide delivery from design through testing, cutover and stabilisation.
• Support go-to-market with discovery, proposals and estimates.
• Develop sector reference architectures and validation documentation.
• Coach lead consultants and review delivery quality.
