Job summary

RSM UK Group LLP is seeking a senior Workday Build, Extend, Prism Engineer to own the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Workday solutions across the platform. You will partner with product development, functional experts and architecture teams to deliver client-centric, scalable results.

You will mentor and develop the Workday team, ensure secure, data-driven implementations, and embed governance and change management practices to de-risk delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• End to end design and delivery of Workday solutions across Build, Extend, Prism.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable client-centric solutions.
• Embed RSM's SDLC governance framework and establish consistent data models, UI, workflows, AI development, and integration methodologies.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to the enterprise change management and release framework.
• Apply security architecture with domain roles, access models and segregation of duties.
• Security-first design with appropriate auditing and gateway protections.
• Operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven delivery model with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• End to end design and delivery of Workday solutions across Build, Extend, Prism and associated Orchestrations.
• Translate complex business requirements into secure, scaleable, client centric solutions - provide clearly articulated solution options.
• Embed RSMs SDLC governance framework and establish consistent data models, UI, workflows, AI development, and integration methodologies.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to the enterprise change management and release framework.
• Apply security architecture with product and solution design (domains, roles, access models and segregation of duties).
• Ensure that solutions are designed with security-first principles with appropriate auditing and gateway protections.
• Operate effectively within a fast paced, deadline driven delivery model, managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive speed to value whilst maintaining quality and control discipline.
• Lead complex initiatives including multi-source, orchestration and advanced platform capabilities.
