Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a senior Workday Build, Extend and Prism Engineer to own the design and governance of enterprise Workday solutions. You will collaborate with product development, functional experts and arch.

teams to deliver client-centric, scalable and secure platforms on time. You will mentor internal Workday teams and push platform capabilities, operating at the intersection of technology and business operations in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Workday certifications in HCM/FINS/Integrations/Reporting/Extend/Build/Prism preferred.
• Accounting qualification or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• End to end design and delivery of Workday solutions across Build, Extend, Prism and Orchestrations.
• Translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable client-centric solutions with clear options and trade-offs.
• Embed RSM SDLC governance, establish consistent data models, UI, workflows, AI development, and integration methodologies.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise change management and release framework.
• Apply security architecture with domain-specific access models and segregation of duties, auditing and gateway protections.
• Operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven delivery model with competing priorities.
• Drive speed to value while maintaining quality and control.
