Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a senior Workday Build/Extend/ Prism Engineer to own the design, governance and delivery of enterprise Workday solutions across the platform. You will collaborate with product development, functional experts, change and architecture teams to deliver secure, scalable client-centric solutions on time.

Qualifications

Hands-on Workday development experience (2+ years) or extended Workday ecosystem (4+ years).
5+ years in software development including Web apps.
Strong knowledge of Workday data model, security, business processes, and reports.
Proven delivery of production apps or portfolio walkthroughs.
Proficiency with REST APIs and Workday integration patterns (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors).
Solid SDLC understanding, peer reviews and testing strategies.
Experience training or mentoring developers/analysts; ability to produce enablement assets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

End-to-end design and delivery of Workday solutions across Build, Extend, Prism and orchestrations.
Translate complex requirements into secure, scalable client-centric solutions with trade-offs and risk.
Embed SDLC governance, data models, UI, workflows, AI development and integration methods.
Ensure solutions follow enterprise change management and release framework.
Apply security architecture with appropriate auditing and gateway protections.
Operate in a fast-paced delivery model, managing priorities and expectations.
Drive speed to value while preserving quality and controls.
Lead complex initiatives including multi-source orchestration and platform capabilities.
