Job summary

Invisors is seeking a Senior HCM Consultant for the UK market. You will routinely lead as a Senior Consultant on Workday projects, manage workstreams, and supervise team members under an architect. You will apply deep Workday knowledge to drive client requirements, forecasting, and data conversion with minimal guidance.

You will facilitate client meetings, enforce methodology, and identify growth opportunities for the team while ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2.5 to 5 years consulting/professional services experience.
• Minimum Workday Ecosystem Experience: 2 years.
• Ability to facilitate client requirement meetings without guidance.
• Demonstrates leadership and people management on project workstreams.
• Understands downstream impacts across workstreams and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Routinely staffed as Senior Consultant on projects or complex workstreams.
• Lead a workstream/integration including tenant builds, forecasting, and methodology.
• Directs/supervises activities of other Consultants under an architect.
• Promotes adherence to Workday methodology and drives project progress.
• Shows initiative in growth opportunities for consultants on the project.
