Job summary

ExtendAs in the UK is seeking experienced Senior Workday Consultants to support global enterprise clients with HR transformation and Workday programmes. Based in Manchester or Inverness offices, this is an onsite role.

You will design, configure and optimise Workday solutions, lead workshops with senior stakeholders and mentor junior consultants, and contribute across multiple Workday modules. Core HCM certification is essential; additional module certifications and ServiceNow/ITIL knowledge are

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Workday Consultant.
• Workday Core HCM certification required.
• Additional Workday module certifications desirable.
• Hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and HR systems.
• Experience across implementation, enhancement or support environments.
• Ability to lead workshops and manage senior stakeholders.
• Mentoring or supporting junior consultants.
• Experience with ServiceNow or ITIL-based service management is advantageous.
