Reed in Partnership is seeking a Senior Neighbourhood Work & Health Coach to lead coaching delivery across Chelmsford, Basildon, Clacton, Colchester and Harlow. You will guide Work & Health Coaches, conduct quality reviews, and support participants to stay in or return to sustainable work.

You will provide coaching, mentoring and supervision, analyse trends, and work with clinicians and partners to improve outcomes. The role offers flexible working arrangements where feasible.

Formación

• Experience providing advice, guidance or coaching to individuals facing health, wellbeing or employment barriers.
• Experience managing a caseload and supporting individuals to achieve outcomes.
• Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues in a professional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to Work & Health Coaches.
• Conduct observations and quality reviews of coaching practice.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and informal supervision sessions.
• Monitor team performance against service KPIs and outcomes.
• Conduct regular caseload reviews.
• Analyse management information to identify trends and risks.
• Ensure participants receive timely and effective support.
• Undertake holistic biopsychosocial assessments.
• Develop personalised Work and Health Action Plans.
• Support participants to remain in work, return to work or secure employment.
