Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure professional in the United Kingdom to manage Windows Server environments and virtualization platforms. You will install, configure and administer Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, vSphere, HP Blade, Dell hardware and AWS in a multi-tenant setup.

You will provide on-call support, monitor performance with SolarWinds and Zenoss, and participate in incident, problem and change management to meet SLA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in IT with Windows Server installation, configuration and administration (2016/2019/2022).
• Hands-on in vSphere, HP Blade, Dell servers and AWS environments.
• Strong knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call support for Windows Server infrastructure and monitor performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine to complex incidents to maintain SLA.
• Lead and guide team members, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
• Manage incident, problem and change processes with proper documentation.
• Maintain and optimize virtual environments, including HA, vMotion and DRS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third parties to resolve issues quickly.
