Qualifications

• Strong experience managing enterprise Windows Server environments.
• Experience administering VDI environments with Citrix and VMware.
• Knowledge of patching, upgrades and ongoing maintenance.
• Familiarity with backup technologies such as Veritas NetBackup and Cohesity.
• Experience with server patching tools like Shavlik.
• Experience with licensing and printing platform support.
• ITIL change management understanding and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain and improve a secure enterprise infrastructure.
• Deliver BAU support and project delivery to ensure reliability and security.
• Manage Citrix/VMware-based VDI environments and Windows Server infra.
• Coordinate patching, upgrades and lifecycle management across platforms.
• Administer backup/recovery solutions and patching activities.
• Assist with network switch configuration and infrastructure changes.
• Participate in infrastructure projects from planning to implementation.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes and drive permanent improvements.
• Work within change management processes to ensure safe delivery.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, project and service teams to achieve outcomes.
