Job summary

Parker Bullen LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Associate/Partner to join the Wills, Probate and Estate Planning team in Salisbury. You will advise clients, manage caseloads from instruction to completion, and contribute to business development while building strong client relationships.

The role requires experience across Wills, Probate and Estate Planning, a willingness to attend the office at least 3 days a week, and a team-oriented mindset to help grow the department.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Wills, Probate and Estate Planning.
• Supervision of more complex matters where required.
• Willing to attend the office at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Wills, Probate and Estate Planning matters.
• Manage your own caseload from instruction to completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and assist with business development.
• Meet time recording and revenue targets.
