Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong Private Client experience.
• Excellent knowledge across Wills, Probate, Trusts and Tax Planning.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.
• Willingness to develop business and network in Salisbury.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters (wills, probate, estate administration).
• Mentor junior lawyers, trainees and apprentices.
• Provide technical guidance across the team.
• Work with senior leadership on department strategy and growth.
• Develop and maintain a strong local business network.
