All Saints' Church of England Federation of Academies seeks a Senior Wellbeing and Behaviour Team Assistant to cover a maternity leave. You’ll work under the Safeguarding Lead and Head of School to promote pupil safety and wellbeing, delivering targeted interventions and supporting behavioural management within the school.

You will collaborate with colleagues to reduce barriers to learning, assist with administration, and communicate with families.

• Support children's behaviour for learning within the classroom context.
• Provide planned one-to-one, personalised and group interventions to improve wellbeing and mental health needs.
• Assist the Designated Safeguarding Lead with administration and record-keeping.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers to provide necessary support.
• Promote safety, emotional wellbeing and inclusive practice across the school.
