East Riding is seeking a Senior Wellbeing and Behaviour Team Assistant to join All Saints’ Church of England Federation of Academies on a maternity cover until 31 December 2027. The role is part-time (35 hours per week) and term-time pro rata, based at All Saints Junior School in Hessle.

You will support the Designated Safeguarding Lead and Head of School to promote pupil safety, advocate for vulnerable learners, and provide targeted support to improve wellbeing and behaviour, including

• Experience in safeguarding and promoting pupil safety.
• Ability to support vulnerable learners and promote wellbeing.
• Experience delivering or coordinating behaviour support interventions.

Responsabilidades

• Support the wellbeing and behaviour team to promote pupil safety.
• Provide one-to-one, personalized and small-group interventions.
• Assist with managing classroom behaviour and supporting learning.
• Support the Designated Safeguarding Lead with administration and record keeping.
