Job summary

Ashberry Healthcare Limited is seeking a compassionate Wellbeing Coordinator for Allt Y Mynydd Nursing Home in Wales. You will design and run engaging activities that promote physical, mental and social wellbeing, while building meaningful resident connections.

Ideal candidates are warm, empathetic and flexible, able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff. This is a part-time role with responsibilities across planning, engagement and administration.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive, caring attitude toward residents and staff.
• Flexible and resilient to cover a range of duties.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run a calendar of group and one-to-one wellbeing activities.
• Liaise with Home Manager to tailor activities to residents’ needs.
• Maintain activity documentation and budgets; communicate with families and care team.
• Ensure ongoing access to enriching activities for residents.
