Job summary

Ashberry Healthcare Limited is seeking a warm Wellbeing Coordinator for Allt Y Mynydd Nursing Home in Brechfa Forest, Wales, to enhance residents' physical, mental and social wellbeing through meaningful activities.

You will plan events, engage residents, liaise with the Home Manager, and manage budgets; we offer a company pension and a referral programme. This full-time role starts December at Allt Y Mynydd Nursing Home.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication with residents and families.
• Positive attitude to supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
• Responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a comprehensive calendar of group and 1:1 activities.
• Engage residents to tailor activities to abilities and interests and liaise with the Home Manager.
• Maintain activity budgets and documentation; communicate with families and care team.
• Ensure continuous access to enriching activities for residents.
