Job summary
Golf Fang in Sheffield is seeking a proactive member for the management support team. You’ll back Duty Managers, train hosts, and help deliver operational excellence while ensuring licensing, hygiene and safety compliance. Qualifications
- Experience in working in a busy reception/host team.
- Knowledge and experience of upsell and team motivation techniques.
- At least 6 months hosting experience.
- Experience in high volume brand equivalent venues.
- Food safety and hygiene qualifications.
- Personal License.
Responsibilities
- To be an efficient and effective member of the management support team. Supporting Duty Managers to deliver operational excellence through training and developing a strong team of hosts, ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety, handling customer enquiries and complaints.
- Providing coaching to achieve upsell targets to improve revenue generation from welcome hosts.
- To hold regular training sessions with hosts, ensuring that they are well equipped in product knowledge, customer service, safety, and general venue information
