Job summary

As a senior operations manager, you will coach staff, manage wage budgets and safety standards, and collaborate across departments to deliver outstanding service, while staying calm under pressure and focused on commercial results.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience within leisure, hospitality, or busy service-led environments.
• Hands-on operator who leads by example and stays calm under pressure.
• Strong communication with a flexible leadership style that motivates at all levels.
• Commercially aware and confident managing budgets and performance targets.
• Organised, proactive, and able to balance long-term planning with day-to-day priorities.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Food, and Consumer legislation.
• Genuine passion for people, service and creating exceptional guest experiences.
