Country House Weddings Ltd. is seeking a Personal Wedding Manager to guide couples through planning in a premium country house setting. You’ll manage around 60 weddings per year, coordinate planning meetings, and oversee day-of execution, including overnight stays to ensure flawless service.

• Highly organized with excellent planning and prioritisation skills
• Customer service expert with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Strong administrator able to manage paperwork and email communication
• Committed and reliable, able to work evenings, weekends, and stay overnight as needed
• Leadership skills with ability to manage teams for seamless wedding days

Responsabilités

• Wedding Planning & Coordination: manage approximately 60 weddings per year and host planning meetings
• Upsell Services: identify opportunities to enhance couples' day while meeting targets
• Event Execution: oversee every detail of wedding days, onsite overnight, support until 10am next day
• Team Leadership: ensure high standards of service and professionalism from all staff
• Liaise with Departments: confirm food requirements and convey couple requests
• Event Support: assist at open days and sales evenings as needed
• Flexible Work Schedule: balance home-based administration and onsite meetings/events
• Capturing real life wedding footage: support Marketing with real wedding footage for TikTok channel
