Job summary

Clearwell Castle is seeking a Personal Wedding Manager to lead the planning of dream weddings at our country house venue. You will coordinate 60 weddings a year, manage end-to-end details, and stay on-site to ensure flawless execution while guiding the team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with exceptional planning and prioritisation.
• Customer service expert with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Strong administrator able to manage paperwork, emails and wedding details.
• Committed and reliable, able to work evenings, weekends and stay overnight when needed.
• Leadership skills with ability to manage teams for seamless wedding days.

Responsibilities

• Wedding planning & coordination for ~60 weddings per year, with initial contact 6 months before the day.
• Upsell services by identifying opportunities to enhance the couple’s day and meet targets.
• Oversee every detail of wedding days, staying onsite overnight to ensure smooth operations and support until 10am the following morning.
• Lead and maintain high standards of service and professionalism among all staff.
• Liaise with Head Chef and Bar & Banqueting Manager on food requirements and allergens, convey couple’s requests.
• Assist at open days and sales evenings as needed.
• Balance time between home-based administration and onsite meetings/events.
• Support Marketing by capturing real wedding footage for our TikTok channel.
