Our Process

Our interview process is simple: an initial chat with our recruiter, Sarah, followed by a 1.5-hour Teams interview with two team members. We value organic conversations and believe this approach best reveals mutual fit.

Applicants must be UK citizens, have resided in the UK for the past 5 years, and be eligible for SC clearance, with support and sponsorship provided. The role is initially remote, but post-clearance, candidates should be able to commute to Manchester.

The salary range is £37-42k, depending on experience.
