Job summary

Uncover is seeking a Senior Web Designer in Greater London to own the surface end-to-end, collaborating closely with product, marketing, and SEO. You’ll design and build on a component system within Framer/Webflow and CMS, ensuring designs scale across pages as brand positioning evolves.

You’ll monitor performance, fix issues, and deliver pages that perform in the market. The role emphasizes hands-on design leadership and fast, measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Familiar with building sites in no-/low-code web builders (Framer or Webflow).
• Understands HTML/CSS underneath the builder and can read generated output.
• Fluent with AI tools and able to stay hands-on to accelerate workflows.
• Experience with B2B or data-heavy products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn briefs from commercial, product, and marketing into pages that ship across multiple styles.
• Design and build in components, rules, and the CMS rather than one-off pages.
• Monitor performance, find and fix bugs, QA changes before going live.
