What you’ll be doing

As Senior Website Editor / Senior Content Editor, you’ll lead the editorial strategy and content planning for the website, ensuring alignment with business goals and CRO objectives. You’ll manage and mentor a team of Website Editors, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

You’ll maintain editorial governance, including tone of voice, style guides, and workflows, while ensuring all content is compliant, user‑centric, and optimised for SEO and accessibility. Working closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams, you’ll deliver timely updates and support digital campaigns and product launches.

Monitoring content performance using analytics tools will be key to making data‑driven recommendations that enhance user experience and conversion.

What experience you’ll need to apply
  • Proven experience in digital content management and editorial leadership.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience managing and developing editorial teams.
