Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a senior web growth designer to own and optimize the customer journey from first visit to trial. You will define experiments, collaborate across Growth, Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering, and apply product design thinking to navigation, forms, and demos.

You’ll prototype in Figma, leverage AI tools, and contribute to a scalable design system while driving measurable growth outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web, product, growth, or a closely related design role with a strong portfolio of shipped, conversion-focused work.
• Growth mindset with experience in design, growth frameworks, conversion rate optimisation, and funnel analysis.
• Experience designing and iterating on experiments, including A/B tests; B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
• Excellent visual and interaction design skills with a sharp eye for typography and polish.
• Comfortable working within an existing design system and brand; able to extend and improve it.
• AI fluency, using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Figma Make, etc., and explain how AI changed workflow.

Responsabilités

• Experimentation: design and iterate across landing pages, pricing, signup, and conversion flows to improve engagement and trial starts.
• Collaboration: work with Growth, Self-serve, Brand, Marketing, Product, Data, Research, and Engineering to create buildable experiences.
• Data and insight: use funnel data to identify opportunities, define hypotheses, and measure impact.
• Product design: apply design thinking to comprehension, navigation, forms, interactive demos, and accessibility.
• Prototyping and systems: prototyping in Figma and code; work within shared components and brand systems.
• Roadmap ownership: contribute ideas to the Web Growth roadmap.
