Job summary

DFS Group in Doncaster is seeking a Senior Web Content Coordinator to drive online product setup and digital content execution. You will partner with Buying, Merchandising, and Trade teams to ensure accurate product launches and messaging across UK and ROI websites, working with the Online Product Manager to maintain data integrity.

You will train new team members, optimize workflows, and contribute to the digital roadmap while ensuring seamless customer experiences across our online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product setup across multiple systems and maintain data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Image, and Trade teams for accurate launches.
• Partner with Online Product Manager to establish processes and review campaigns.
• Create and manage promotional messaging aligned with calendars and campaigns.
• Support NPD launches and ongoing site content enhancements.
• Contribute to the digital roadmap and continuous site improvements.
• Act as a point of contact for product management queries and lead meetings.
• Ensure alignment between ROI and UK sites, resolving regional differences.
• Conduct post-launch audits and address feedback to improve customer experience.
• Drive continuous optimization of setup workflows and training of new team members.
