Job summary

83zero Ltd is seeking a Web Content Coordinator on a 12-month contract to support a digital transformation across EMEA and ANZ markets, focusing on launching new websites during platform migration.

The role covers website content, landing pages, DAM (Bynder) and PIM (Riversand + Salsify) management, product data and image completeness, and coordination with brand, product, local markets and agencies to ensure launch readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand, digital, ecommerce, content or website roles.
• Experience with product data, digital content management, ecommerce platforms or website content systems.
• Exposure to DAM and/or PIM systems, especially Bynder.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of new website launches across EMEA and ANZ markets as part of a platform migration project.
• Manage DAM and PIM activities, including image and data audits.
• Review product content to identify gaps and work with teams to complete.
• Oversee website content updates, including landing pages for launches.
• Coordinate translation requirements with local market teams for deployment.
• Collaborate with brand/marketing, product, and local market teams to align content with requirements.
• Coordinate with agencies to close image gaps and deliver digital assets.
• Organise product photo shoots to ensure imagery supports launches.
• Coordinate collection and validation of product information across stakeholders.
• Ensure products are represented online with accurate data and assets.
• Track progress across workstreams and support timely delivery.
• Resolve issues and manage dependencies with internal and external partners.
• Support quality and consistency across digital touchpoints for brand presence.
