Job summary

MBDA UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Electromechanical Engineer to support production activities for a unique launcher portfolio in our state-of-the-art facilities.

The role offers a dynamic hybrid working pattern with 3-4 days on-site, enabling close collaboration with design and manufacturing teams to improve robustness and reliability. A clear path for professional growth and exposure to advanced weapon systems is provided.

Qualifications

• Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) with experience designing products/systems and providing support to designs through the manufacturing phase of the product lifecycle.
• Proven experience in electromechanical engineering disciplines.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment supporting manufacturing issues and implementing Design for Manufacture and Assembly improvements into the design.

Responsibilities

• Act as the interface between design and manufacturing teams to sustain real-time manufacturing activities.
• Provide proactive guidance and reactive technical problem-solving across programs.
• Refine designs to ensure peak performance and reliability for customers.
