Job summary

Network Plus group is recruiting for a Project Manager to lead Civils activities from our Worsley Head Office Depot, delivering end-to-end programmes safely, on time and within budget for our Water Rehabilitation contract.

You will provide operational leadership and technical expertise, working with the Contract Manager to meet client needs and ensure profitable delivery while maintaining high standards and customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of Civils/utility projects.
• Experience with on-site engineering solutions in utilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety, quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver the contract targets.
• Manage P&L and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with programme and street works teams and report delays or ahead-of-schedule changes.
• Own processes and drive efficient working methods.
• Conduct handover meetings with contractors and maintain up-to-date H&S documentation.
• Lead safety incidents and root-cause analyses as required.
• Ensure streetworks performance and continual improvements.
• Meet client requirements and prepare regular reports and KPI updates.
• Ensure staff training and competency, and drive continuous development.
