Job summary

Browne Construction seeks a Senior Process Engineer to lead process design across water and wastewater projects. You will direct multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality solutions with a focus on sustainability and cost-effectiveness.

You will mentor junior engineers, promote innovation, and work to meet client needs while adhering to environmental standards. The role requires office/on-site presence at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of process engineering experience, with at least five years in the water or wastewater sector
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or active progress toward it
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline

Responsibilities

• Lead process design for water and wastewater projects across diverse portfolio
• Oversee technical delivery and guide multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory, environmental, and client requirements
