Job summary
Allen & York is recruiting a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Water & Drainage) for our London team. You will lead design and modelling across water, wastewater and drainage, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on ambitious international projects.
The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, chartered status or progress toward Chartership, and strong consultancy experience in water infrastructure. Hybrid working in London is offered with competitive benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level civil engineering degree required.
- Chartered status or working towards Chartership preferred.
- Strong consultancy background in water infrastructure projects is essential.
- Experience in design and modelling of wastewater, drainage and water distribution networks.
- Proficiency with hydraulic modelling software and UK design standards advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design and model water supply, wastewater and drainage systems.
- Develop SuDS and surface water management solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings and calculations.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Support project delivery and provide technical guidance.
- Contribute to international development and masterplanning work.
