Avove is recruiting a Senior Civil Engineer for its UK Water Design Team. The role supports water and wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects, delivering designs from feasibility to detailed construction documents.

It is based from our Durham office with hybrid working options and potential projects across the UK. The position requires a degree in engineering and professional qualifications, a strong technical background, and the ability to lead a design team.

Qualifikationen

• Strong technical background in Water/Wastewater infrastructure design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; good English communication.
• Experience leading design teams and delivering projects on time.

Aufgaben

• Produce and check design concepts, calculations and drawings.
• Supervise junior design team members to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Assist in professional development of project team members.
• Assist in budget preparation, planning and reporting of resources.
• Prepare feasibility studies and appraisal reports.
• Comply with the Integrated Management System and safety regulations.
